Cyril Korenbeusser is the Chief Operational Resilience Officer for BNP Paribas CIB Americas. He is a digital native with over two decades of experience in leading strategic growth and mutations across technology, operations, and digital risk. Prior to his current role, he served as BNPP deputy CTO and head of CIB AMER IT Production. Before joining the bank, he developed the activities of Digital Risk Transformation and Cybersecurity of New York office of Kurt Salmon and Wavestone. In his current role, Cyril is responsible for leading the organization to effectively strengthen the risk management practices as well as resilience capabilities across business, continuity, cyber, technology, and third-party resilience. He is involved in various industry thought leadership initiatives and is an avid reader, speaker, and writer. Cyril contributes to cross-industry efforts and regulatory framework enhancement.
